Show off your Non GMMK PRO Builds

My first keyboard build! It’s a Keychron Q1 Version 2 with Gateron Milky Yellows and Glorious GPBT Caribbean Ocean key caps. I only tape modded the pcb and it sounds pretty nice.

Really like that contrast with the keycaps on the black background.

And I can’t help to ask but, if you didn’t lube and film the milky yellows, it’s a night and day difference when done. Highly recommend… Also a huge time sink.

Built the Zoom75 Kitsune Edition on stream today. This board was a gift, and it was…certainly a stream. Between trying to install the wrong space to spilling my entire keycap storage tray on the floor, it was something.

Build turned out well though, and it’s the first bluetooth board I’ve built / first one I have used in a very long time.

Weikav Record - this thing is <$100 shipped and they have since released additional colorways. For the price, this thing is pretty nice overall. Uses leaf mounting which I had never used before. Phone overdid the colors a bit in the photo.

I’ve always wanted one of these kinds of keyboards…does it take a while to get used to using?

Not really, the first time I used one I got used to it pretty quickly.

Another day, another build.

PC Bolsalice with Durock Black Lotus switches and GMK Oblivion. I am loving this thing already.
