Gaming Mice (What's your main?)

Many years ago, it was a Razer Mamba, but that started double clicking on me, so I went with a G502 instead (at the time, Razer software was even worse than it is now). Eventually, I got fed up with Logitech’s poor support and the mouse generally being too skinny for my hands (plus the cable was super thick), so I tried a Mamba wireless. That worked for about a year before it started double clicking, so then I got fed up with that and got the Model O wireless. Unfortunately, it’s really just too small for my hands and I really grew to miss the ergonomic shape of bigger mice plus it felt like the battery was always low so I wound up just leaving it plugged in. So that’s where I found the Deathadder V2 Pro. The ergonomic shape I love, but with optical switches to prevent any double clicking issues. Plus it has a convenient charging dock so that it’s easy to keep it charged. I hate having to use Synapse and maybe if the new MDW had been out at the time I would’ve gone that route, but man the quality of life features of this mouse are nice. I really don’t want to go back to a mouse that I have to plug in.

Currently:
Model D wireless at home
Model D wired at the office

I was using the magic mouse at the office but it kept losing connection so I just took my backup mouse to the office

After about four and a half months of using the starlight-12 the Razer viper ultimate feels like I’m holding a 25 pound brick….this O- wireless can’t come fast enough

I wasn’t a fan of the latency speeds on the glorious mice in comparison to some others. I still recommend them to people who want a good mouse in the mid range price point.
I’ve gone from the original G Pro but swapped to Razer Viper Ultimate because of the double click issues on the G Pro. I’m hoping to get the newer Final Mouse on the 8th November

Finalmouse Starlight 12 Hades Medium… it’s impossible to find, only 2500 exist, but it is so sweet…

I started with the Model D, but came to love the Model O-. I bought a Finalmouse Starlight 12 Hades Small for a friend, who decided against wanting it because it wasn’t the color he wanted, and have been rocking it since. I really want to pull out the Model O- again, but I don’t think I can go back to wired. I have cats and it messed up my game multiple times having to pull the cord free of their gut or paws while playing lol. Been thinking about that Model O- Wireless pre-order though…

Been absolutely loving the O- wireless but the phantom fits my small hands amazingly and the battery life is insane.

I just switched to the Cooler Master MM720 for a claw grip mouse from MM710. I’ve been using a G903 for work because I have the wireless charge pad. I had used the G903 for a couple years but the switches went out on the G903 and double clicked so I replaced them when I had the time and stuck with the Cooler Master because of a better grip.

Sounds like a logitech g502 if it’s a gaming mouse

A friend of mine was selling a medium Phantom, so I scooped it up. Just got it today, and this thing is light as heck!

Small hand gang* here. The O Minus is a tad too long for my preference, so I was a Viper Mini enjoyer for a long time.

Recently, however, the D Minus wireless unseated it. As ergo has become more important to me, I have swapped to palm grip and become a big-time DMW user.

Some fun** lore for you, too: the D Minus was the first release I worked on at Glorious, and I gotta say the leaps in quality we made from the gen 1 D Minus to the new D Minus Wirelesses is massive. The gen 1 D was already a nice mouse (imho), but Glorious really leveled up. Candidly, I think the wireless mice we released are the most impressive improvements we’ve made.

*Yes it’s a real gang, and yes we also have to murder a Zowie EC1 to join the gang.
**The lore isn’t actually fun, that’s just a turn of phrase and you can’t stop me from using it you puny mortals.

@Millions I need a gang hand sign emoji for the small hand gang.

I just charged mine for the first time since the day after Christmas using it basically everyday. Hard to go back to anything else after something that light but I do have the O- wireless for when it’s charging.

Viper Ultimate, but it’s still not feeling like end game. Works perfectly, the click just feels a bit more flimsy than I want, but it’s very reliable and a good pressure

Thats kind of how I feel about my Endgame XM1r. The shape and size are great, not perfect, but still really comfortable for shooters. The switches feel… I dont know how to describe it right. Mushy isnt it, but just not as responsive as they could be.

The thing that I loved about the viper ultimate was the charging dock. It’s so much easier just throwing it in there instead of unplugging things to get the charging cable.

Completely agree! And even when it’s wired, the cord is SO light and snag proof that I don’t even consider other cords now, I actually notice them
