This is my work board. Keychron K6. Had trouble finding a keycaps set that matches perfectly. I ordered some blanks and got a local artist (my 5 year old) to custom make my home button. One of a kind!

Ive always loved the charcoal grey/beige/burnt orange color combo. I wont lie, thats adorable that you got the little one to add some flare to the board. Lemme know when they start up their artisans business so I can get a “one of a kind” Mini-Maverick special.

We traced the keycap size on paper for her to practice. It was awesome.

I’ll let you know when her studio opens up

Simple cheap tester board but I enjoy how it feels.

High ground 100T Keycaps

Going to replace the branded spacebar and enter keys soon. I love the topographic look of the mountain.

Neat! How’s it sound?

its honestly pretty satisfying! i have a GMMK TKL with Kaihl pro burgundys and thats what i build this keyboard with. they both sound very similar except for on bottom out. the printed case is significantly softer and not as loud!

Yes! I remember seeing this when the forums first started. You definitely built a keyboard instead of putting together a keyboard lol.

Dude, your build is sweet. Have been wanting to build a Tofu60 for a while.

Ya I really liked it. Carbon fiber plate was a pain but it sounded great.

It’s a good entry board since it’s always in stock (which may explain why I keep building Tofu65’s for friends, since none of them will sit in group buys after I just spent time convincing them they needed a custom board).

I had to put the hobby on hold to start saving for wedding stuff, but I have one more board coming in the Mode65, so I’m excited for that. I still show friends KBDFans when I’m trying to convince them to get into the hobby, although I may have convinced a few of them to look into other keyboards once I built them their first one. I never looked into the KBD67 Lite, but I do remember hearing about it.
