Agreed. Love the font style of GPBT keycaps but would totally pick up a darker alternative. Maybe Black with Grey Text

So far so good. Those oil kings, so nice. I’m getting spoiled with pre lubed switches. I’m still team tactile, but red foxes, Everglide aquas and oil kings, oh my. The feel is solid, and the typing experience is amazing. It definitely feels next level. And that says a lot, when I’m comparing to a hi profile drop Alt. The GMMK delivers on the value proposition for sure.

Thrilled to hear it! I would love to have 1 more for my work setup. Mine isn’t used nearly as much as my work boards, but it’s my favorite to type on.

Don’t have a Pro, but I feel that way about all the boards I’ve built and have on display and don’t use. Every time I look at them, I question why I spent money on them / keep spending money on more boards.

Put the black top frame back on my ex-blue GMMK Pro and tossed the GMK Taro clones on there.
(I was hoping the yellows matched a little better…

Are you talking about the yellow keycaps matching the yellow knob or are you meaning you where hoping they matched as a whole to the black frame? I do love the GMK Taro clones though, the lavender, dark purple, yellow combo is really nice

I was referring to the yellow knob matching the yellow keys. They aren’t super far off, but under the right light, it could get under a certain type of person’s skin… 
Yeah I can definitely see what you mean, they are just slightly different. Are you that type of person?

I did try the black and thought it just looked too much like the Q1. I also tried the pink on the black frame, as well as the yellow, black, pink, and blue knob on the blue top frame…
I was contemplating putting up pics and a poll

@d3L7r0n and @qwilum I am that kinda person as well, it would bug me to no end. Just like right now with my GMK Drop + Redsuns Red Samurai keycaps, my right shift is in the mail currently with the Novelty set so I have the original GMMK 2 right shift keycap on my board till it arrives Wednesday and just having to wait that one more day till it arrives bugs me lol

That’s how my other GMMK Pro build is set up, but I also have Teamwolf stainless steel keycaps on all of the alphas. (They are just on WASD in this post)

@qwilum Yeah, I am going to be getting the matching coiled cable from Drop next. Hopefully I get a Glorious Gilded Keycap somehow, that would be the cherry on top 
@d3L7r0n I have contemplated getting the WASD Teamwolf stainless steel keycaps. I really like the look of them, but I would probably put them on a different build than my GMMK 2, maybe for my GMMK Pro build I will think about getting a set. I’m going to go with a white GMMK Pro with my Spaced Themed keycaps that are white with a few keys that are dark charcoal. I had a few of them on my GMMK 2 65% for a while you can see some of them here. I think the white on white with a little bit of dark charcoal will turn out real nice looking

Hahaha. I feel that way. Next year I am building a RAMA U80B. Hopefully, it will be my endgame keyboard. I am not sure what a GMMK PRO 2 would be like, but it would be an interesting prospect. Quite frankly I love tinkering around.
Then again, if I am not spending money on my keyboard, I would probably be spending it on artisan keycaps, my mountain bike, or scaled models - there is always something interesting.
