I paired my white model o wireless to a black model o wireless reciever. For some reason, when I’m using the mouse in wireless mode it skips pixels every time I move it. Are there any fixes for this?
That sounds really odd. Have you tried adjusting the DPI settings for the mouse? I’m wondering if that would have anything to do with it.

- It might be my mousepad, I’ll have to clean it and see if that works.

One weird thing I’ve noticed is that my G Pro Wireless never skips pixels.

Also, whenever I unplug my mouse’s charging cord, it starts skipping pixels in random specific places on my deskmat. When its plugged in, it doesn’t skip pixels

Strange, I haven’t heard of this happening before. Have you reached out to our Customer Support team? They might have come across this issue before from other users and have insight into a better fix than I would off the top of my head.

Somehow it’s now fixed for some reason. I changed the usb port that the dongle was in and for some reason that fixed it. weird
