Model O- double clicking even with the highest debounce

Hi there,

I had my O- wireless for 2 months now, and I started to notice that the mouse double clicked sometimes, which was fixed by setting the debounce time at maximum.

But now the issues has returned, even with the debounce time set to maximum, which isn’t completely unsuable for gaming, but causes some frequent mistakes when I use it for work. Is there another solution that could solve double clicking?

It has no issues on wired mode though, but it kinda defeats the point of a wireless mouse if it only works properly on wired.

Sorry to hear youre having issues with your model O-. If the mouse is only two months old and having persisting issues, I would recommend contacting the support team through the Glorious website. If they are not able to take care of the issue, they may be willing to replace the item.
