I have had my o2 pro 4k/8k for a year or so. But today i went to plug it in. Because it had little to no battery left. It charges but i can use it and i get an error message. I dont know what to do but it sounds like this: The latest USB-device, that has been connected to this pc, doesnt work correctly and doesnt get reconised by windows

Quick thoughts, have you tried a PC restart or different USB ports just to rule anything out, as a corrupt driver or something?
