My Model D has decided to break

I’ve declined Glorious PC Bootware and I don’t know how to accept it again and now my Model D doesn’t work. also, my Button 4 and button 5 don’t work. Please help me!

I would suggest reaching out to Glorious support for assistance @Swight . Support is much more experienced in troubleshooting and is going to be the fastest way to get the problem resolved.
