I’ve been using this mouse for 1 year and 3 months and I’m very happy with it. I haven’t had any problems until yesterday, and its performance is quite good. However, yesterday I was playing a game and started searching for a match. It found one within 1-2 minutes, and then I noticed the mouse stopped working completely. 2 min ago it was perfectly working. The lights and buttons stopped working. In wireless mode, the computer and Glorious Core recognize it, but I suspect it’s only recognizing the dongle because the mouse is completely off. When I tried it with a cable, neither the computer nor the Core recognized it. I tried a different cable, and it still didn’t work. I tried resetting it, but that didn’t help either. There’s no action on the mouse. I would appreciate your help.
update after 1 day of trying to make it work again. somehow i managed him get on but still nothing works but lights came up and i did resset it but still it doesnt work
