Welcome to the forum @gjpetrie. Sorry to hear this is happening. Any advice you get here is going to be a shot in the dark. The fastest way to get this resolved would be to contact Glorious Support. They are going to be able to trouble shoot with you to see if there is a quick resolution this is issue. The only advice I would have is try uninstalling/reinstalling, but beyond that support is your best bet.
