I have a model O2 wired mouse. But lately, I have been experiencing the occasional disconnection problem even though my product is wired. Even if the connection is restored within a few seconds, it is fixed with a different sensitivity setting. This problem also causes a serious disadvantage in games. Please take care of this problem.

I contacted support, but unfortunately they did not help much. First of all, they told me to contact the local dealer from whom I purchased the product, but I do not know the technical service and warranty situations in my region. I am waiting for support from the authorities regarding this situation.
