I have a model o wireless for about 3 years now, firstly it stopped working in wireless mode and then shortly after it started disconnecting and connecting in wired mode and then today it stopped working completely, i have contacted customer support before and they told me to update drivers and other things and it did nothing. I tried using my other usb c cable and it worked for a few seconds and then it didnt. Now it somehow works wired on the original cable but still disconnects from time to time and its flashing 3 times red. I have no proof of purchase so i dont know if i will get my money back or anything else.
@Aleksej Welcome to the Guild. I would contact support again and let them know that you updated the drivers and still having problems, they are really good so maybe there’s something they can do for you!

I was finally able to contact support. Told them i updated the drivers and changed the cable and they said that there is nothing more that they can provide.
