I got my model o wireless about 3 years ago and its been working fine until now. i didnt use my model o for about 3 weeks and the product disappeared from the glorius core app, and it only works by plugging the dongle into the notebook itself, but it doesnt work when i plug the dongle in an a to c adapter that connects to the notebook. i normally use my macbook air more than my dell xps 13, which has no usb a ports, so right now i cant use my mouse on it. if anyone has a solution to this problem lmk.

I think this is the first time I’ve heard about a mouse having issues after not being used for a period of time. My immediate first thought is that your version of CORE might be outdated. I’d recommend checking that your software/firmware are up to date and see if that helps.
If that doesn’t fix the issue, I’d recommend reaching out to Glorious Support for help.
