Recently, my Model O sensor stopped working like usual. When I’m gaming, I make a movement with the mouse, and it just stops working for a while, either 1–2 seconds or more than 20 seconds. I don’t know what’s the issue. If anyone can help me. Ty ^^
I bought the mouse 8–9 months ago.
I would recommend reaching out to Glorious Support for help with your Model O @Kirahy. Support will be your fastest means of resolving the issue and the Glorious team is much better at troubleshooting than we are here on the forum.
