Model O mouse sometimes "turns off"

Hi, I have been using my Glorious Model 0 Wired for some years now but in the past month, I have realized that sometimes when I move my mouse, it doesnt move at all. Over time, I have learned that every one in a while (maybe once in 2 or 3 minutes), my mouse will just stop working, no clicking or moving the mouse for about 1-2 seconds. I really don’t know what could be causing it because even though I game, I don’t really rage so it is not like I am slamming my mouse or anything. The problem could with the software, it could be that my mouse is now cleaned, or it could be some other problem that I don’t even know. I really don’t know how I am supposed to diagnose the problem/ fix the problem. If anyone has some ideas on how I could fix my mouse, that would be greatly appreciated

One idea is to move the dongle on your pc to a different location with better line of sight. Outside of that I would contact glorious support to see if they can give you some guidance.

What do you mean by moving it to a “different location with better line of sight.” All four of my usb ports are being used up so I can’t put it in a different spot and I dont think change the port will make much of a difference but thanks for the idea. I have already contacted support but I have heard that they can take quite a while to find a solution so I also wanted to ask here.

What @LiquidMaverick was meaning is to have the USB dongle closest possible to the mouse. example would be is if you have your case on the right side of the desk, you have it on the closest USB port where it isn’t sandwiched between other USB cables.

Another option, have you tried connecting the dongle to the front USB port on the case? The other option, is you can get a 3 foot (or 6 foot) USB extender and have the dongle on the desk so it is in direct site of the mouse (example).
