First of all, I apologize for my bad English. I have been using Gloious products for years and after using the model d I decided to use model i2 wirelles. The mouse is very nice and I am very happy with its performance. However, the mouse occasionally jumps while scrolling, I don’t know how to explain this. When moving the cursor to the right or left, it freezes for a very short time and jumps 1-2 cm. I tried hard to solve the problem but I couldn’t find a solution. Can you help me?
