Model I stuttering

I have a wired Model I and for some reason it will randomly stutter or disconnect i don’t know if this is happening to anybody else but it makes it so i am unable to do multiple things in game please let me know if there is a fix for this

Hi @link welcome to the forums! Unfortunately, I don’t know of any ways to address your issues. However, I do recommend contacting support here. Hope you get everything fixed!

This happened with my Model O wireless mouse and it kept disconnecting when being wired in.
It seems to be a problem with Glorious. I tried 2 different mice and a handful of different cables and it kept happening.
