Just recently installed the Model I and Core said it had an update, now it has been stock with the red mouse wheel blinking red for over 30 minutes and I can’t use the mouse. What are my options to fix or to troubleshoot??

I just received my model I, core updated the firmware correctly, and no issues. I had read about the issue previously, but thankfully they fixed the issue on their end quickly.
