Model I Blinking Red/Software Issue?

I recently purchased the glorious model i as well as the o wireless, and I opened glorious core to change the debounce time for both. It worked for the model o, but when I connected the model I, it asked if I wanted to download a new update. I of course said yes, and the scroll wheel started blinking red; I wouldn’t be concerned as this is usual, but it hasn’t stopped blinking for more than a day.

Hey @NightShadeXXAR - definitely reach out to our CS team and let them know what’s going on (Glorious Gaming - Support - Official Web Store). It sounds like the mouse might be having issues with the SW/FW update, and they’ll be the best place to get help troubleshooting that.
