has anyone else had any issues with their side buttons on the Model D Wireless? my mouse had been great until Saturday night when suddenly the side buttons stopped responding while i was playing Vanguard! i thought my settings just reset so i check the glorious app and everything was as it should be. as another check i went into google chrome and they did not function in here either. im hoping this isnt a hardware issue cause id rather not send my mouse back then wait for another!
Definitely would reach out to support and see if they’ve got any suggestions. They might have a suggestion for reflashing or resetting the mouse to get those buttons back online. Let me know what they say and if I can help expedite a replacement if that’s necessary.
had a feeling you would reach out! i tried force updating it in the app and still the same. i will email support now! hopefully its a software glitch somehow!
