How long should it take to charge the model D wireless? I left mine plugged in overnight but it didn’t seem to charge and it’s still at 41% in the morning. It shouldn’t matter if I don’t power it off before plugging it in right?

This would probably be caused by your motherboard cutting all power to USB ports when shut down. You should go check if it’s due to a setting in the BIOS or if it’s your motherboard not supporting it (which I doubt, but still a possiblity).

I left my pc running since it’s also running as a home automation server so that’s not the issue. I also tried charging it during the day but same result. Eventually it’ll run out of charge I guess lol for now it’s sitting at 37% and we’ll see if it moves from there.

Well, yeah thats really weird. Mine only takes like 2 hours to reach 100%.
No clue what the issue is then, sorry!

Definitely send a ticket in to our support team - not sure if it might be something with your charging cable not working correctly or something, but they are your best bet for getting it figured out
