Model D pro wireless problem

When I am wired the mouse works great but as soon as I go wireless with the 4k dongle it stutters bad. I have tried changing to all polling rates but it doesn’t help. The dongle is only a few inches from the mouse so it shouldn’t be a distance issue. Anyone have suggestions?

Firmware is up to date as of 12/10/2023
