I just bought the Model 0- Wired but I cannot install the firmware. It stuck on waiting. Can anyone help, please? I did tried to run as Administrator but does not work.
Version from Device Manager:

I am also having this issue with my O3 where it simply disconnects after it applies the firmware update. Only fix to get the mouse working again is to unplug it and plug it back in, but then when reopening Glorious core, it still says its on Firmware 1.0.1 and that a update is available. I reached out to support but they said the engineers are still looking into it. Highly recommend you putting in a support ticket, the more data they have, hopefully they can find a solution faster.
