I would make a 4 hour drive downstate if there was one in Detroit for sure!
Detroit might be a little to far out at little over a 4 hour drive but I would be all in for Columbus, OH or Cincinnati, OH any time. Both are within an hour or so to me. Specially, since the corporate headquarters is in Columbus, OH area 
Columbus, OH is almost 7 hours from where I am in Michigan and for someone with one leg and severe arthritis that kinda trip is something that I could not do, so for me to be able to get to a Glorious Mechanical Keyboard Workshop at Micro Center it would have to be at least in Michigan for me
