Support calls this a cosmetic damage and only wants to offe ra 15% refund or a 25% store credit. In the pictures attached you can see the burnt out led and with the leds off the keys asdfghjkl;’ are dimly lit up in red with the leds off. and no a firmware upgrade didnt do anything. Pretty poor support and quality control.
@Millions and @Bearenby ; Can you provide any guidance here? User looks to have contact customer support previously related to the LED not working.
