Last night I was mid game and my W key just stopped working. So i unplugged it and replugged it back in and then my entire keyboard just stopped working. I have been using a spare keyboard since last night. all while plugging in my keyboard to try and fix it every so often. I have tried QMK but it won’t let me flash it. And I don’t know what else I can do. Glorious software still says it’s connected and the RGB is still working as intended. Last night i thought it was a switch issue when it was just the W key but now that it’s every key i doubt that’s the issue. Unless Somehow me messing with my W key switch fucked with the pcb. Any help would be greatly appreciated
I would suggest reaching out to Glorious support for assistance @Mori . Support is much more experienced in troubleshooting and is going to be the fastest way to get the problem resolved.
