Introducing the Glorious V3 Mice!

Introducing the Glorious V3 Mice – True Wireless, Finally.

Since 2019, when we launched the original Model O, lightweight gaming mice haven’t seen much real innovation. With the new Glorious V3 lineup, we’re pushing the industry forward again—bringing true wireless performance that lives up to its promise.

We’re excited to introduce the Model O3 (symmetrical) and Model D3 (ergonomic), both available in wireless and wired versions, launching September 25th.

True Wireless with InfinitePlay
We’ve all been there: your “wireless” mouse dies mid-match, and suddenly you’re scrambling for a cable. With V3, that’s no longer a problem.

Our new InfinitePlay hot-swappable battery system lets you swap a drained battery for a fresh one in seconds. No plugging in. No downtime. Just seamless 0% → 100% power, instantly. The included InfinitePlay base doubles as your charging station and hub, keeping your spare battery topped up and ready.

Guardian Battery – No Mid-Game Panic
Even during swaps, your mouse stays connected. The Guardian Battery is an internal reserve that keeps the mouse running for 10+ hours without interruption. That means no disconnects, no input drops, and no heart-stopping panic in the middle of a clutch round.

Performance Without Compromise
Wireless doesn’t mean weaker. V3 Wireless delivers:

  • 8,000 Hz wireless polling via the included base
  • 30,000 DPI BAMF 3.0 sensor with 750 IPS tracking & 50G acceleration
  • 130M click-rated optical switches (no double clicks, ever)
  • Lightweight closed-shell design (66g for Model O3 Wireless, 69g for Model D3 Wireless)
  • RGB lighting & full customization with Glorious CORE software

Whether you prefer a symmetrical grip or an ergonomic fit, both shapes are optimized for speed, comfort, and competition-level performance.

For the Purists: V3 Wired
Not everyone wants wireless—and we’ve got you covered. The Model O3 Wired (54g) and Model D3 Wired (57g) bring the same pro-grade switches and 30K DPI sensor in ultra-light, closed-shell designs. At just $69.99, they’re some of the lightest, most reliable wired gaming mice available.

V3 Wired Performance:

  • Up to 1,000 Hz polling rate
  • 30,000 DPI BAMF 3.0 sensor with 750 IPS tracking & 50G acceleration
  • 130M click-rated optical switches
  • Ultra-light closed-shell design (54g Model O3 Wired, 57g Model D3 Wired)
  • RGB lighting & full customization with Glorious CORE software

Pricing & Availability
Wireless Models (O3 & D3): $159.99
Wired Models (O3 & D3): $69.99
Available worldwide September 25, 2025

Final Thoughts

With InfinitePlay, the Guardian Battery, and uncompromising performance, the Glorious V3 family is designed to set a new standard for what gamers should expect from their mouse.

We’re thrilled to finally share them with you, and we’d love to hear your thoughts.

Now this is cool. Y’all really did the unexpected. I feel like most companies are just focusing on decreasing the weight of the mice and that’s usually seen as ‘innovative’ whenever new lows are reached, but this actually feels new. I’d love to get one, but right now the main thing keeping me from it is the price. Understandable price, but I’ve got to save up a bit for it. Keep up the great work y’all!

[edit]
I actually had some certificates and a discount with Best Buy so I just got one.

Yeah, I’m in the same boat as @Oswin on this one. Nice to see some features that are actually useful and new, but I cant throw that kind of money around for a new mouse. Also no nice way to say this without it sounding kind of snarky but I still don’t trust CORE to work correctly after all the issues I’ve had with it over the last year.

Glad to hear you all are liking the new features, and @Oswin I hope you enjoy your mouse! Totally understand the distrust of CORE @8-Bit_Bootcamp - I know the engineering team has been working hard on fixing and improving it, but we’ve got our work cut out for us to earn everyone’s trust back. Looking forward to hearing how you all feel about it as you try out the new mice with it.

@jzaine7 right there with you - O- is my go to :smiling_face_with_tear:

I know some people that 100% agree with you, but personally I want to see a model I V3 :sob:

I’ve just got it today and been using it for a few hours. There are a few things I do have as feedback.
First, I really like the different design and love the swappable batteries. I also am so happy that you have another internal battery so the mouse doesn’t turn off while changing the batteries. I have the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless, which have the swappable batteries on the headphones and I hate that after putting in the new batteries I have to wait about 15 seconds for them to turn on and reconnect. So great QoL feature to have on the mouse.

As for things I think could be improved, here’s a quick list.
Battery Color
The orange is a nice color and ties in with the brand. However, I could see this becoming a bit of a problem with people who like their mice to look ‘discreet’. Just like people don’t like mice with a bunch of RGB, they might not like the bold color popping out from the back of their mice. I don’t see an option to buy the batteries standalone on the site (which I think should be an option in case they get lost). If they are sold separately I think having black and white battery options could be a great benefit.

Scroll Wheel
Not sure if this is intentional, but the scroll wheel always has to have one ‘click’ before reading the scroll. So instead of doing a small adjustment to scroll down on a page, I have to scroll two times for what on other mice would be instant. If this is intentional I do think that having a way to configure this in the Core software would be great. I personally don’t like it when browsing the web but could see a use for it in a game like Valorant.
[EDIT]
After a couple days of use it’s become normal. It seems to no longer require a ‘click’ in either direction for the scroll to work.

Lighting
I love the approach y’all took to the lighting. My only critique is that it almost seems to be missing a couple lights just a tad further to the front. The light just seems to fade out super quickly near the front. Not a big issue but something I noticed.
A bigger issue does seem to be that I cannot change the power of the light. It’s either on or off. Changing the brightness value does not do anything. The battery packs have been only lasting a little over a day at a time and I’m not sure if it’s because of it being forced at 100% or if they just don’t have that much charge in them, but this has been bothersome and ties into the next problem.

Software
The software initially seemed to be working just fine. I got my settings dialed in and was using the mouse. However, it’s stopped allowing edits of the mouse performance page. I’ll make a change and try to save it to the mouse and it just doesn’t do anything. It has become very random about whether a change will or won’t be able to be saved.

I’ll be making a video about these and it’ll probably be more clear when I have visual examples.

Thank you for the detailed feedback! I really appreciate you going out of your way to share. I will pass all this along to the dev team and see if they have any troubleshooting tips for issues or updates on when a feature is expected to go live.

@Oswin would you mind sharing what mouse model this was occurring on, the firmware, and the version of CORE you’re using? Our QA team is testing and trying to reproduce some of these issues now

Model O3 Wireless, Firmware 1.3.3, Core Ver 2.1.10.

I love it when the internal teams have to try and replicate what we’ve done. This is the Glorious community, we are chaos incarnate!

Our dev team is unable to reproduce the issue you’re having with edits to the mouse performance page not saving. They suggested a full restart of CORE should fix this - for reference, by full restart they mean:

  • right-click the CORE window in the Windows taskbar and choose “Close Window,” or use the X to close out of the app
  • then visit the system overflow tray, right-click the Glorious CORE logo, then choose “Quit Glorious Core.”

If you try this and still experience issues please let me know and I’ll relay that to them.

It happens randomly, but restarting Core does seem to fix it sometimes. Other times I have to unplug the dock, wait a few seconds, and replug it in.
Any word on the lighting not dimming issue? I’m having to change out the battery at least once a day and I’m hoping being able to dim the light would let it last a little longer.

Are there plans to release g-float skates for this model?

Thanks for the additional info, especially knowing that power cycling the dock sometimes fixes the issue, as this can give us clues to where it’s coming from. Our dev team confirmed this issue has been moved to the pipeline to be worked on - I’ll keep you posted as I hear updates from them.

Re: g-floats/skates, I haven’t heard any updates on new versions of these products, so I’ll check with Product team on that and let you know what I find out!
