Help needed... Glorious Model O to Alienware Monitor - Possible input delay

Hoping you all can help… I’m not very technical…

Have been successfully using a Glorious Model O mouse for a couple years with a basic very old HP monitor.

Just acquired a brand new Alienware 360Hz Monitor. Since using the new monitor with the Glorious Model O, I’ve experienced input delays. When I connect the old monitor there are no input delays.

Any advice or guidance is appreciated.

Is it a different resolution?

Hi,
The old monitor is from 2019 it looks like it’s 1920x1080. That said, the new monitor is also 1920x1080. The image quality on the new monitor is better and the refresh rate is significantly different, 60 vs 360Hz.

Have you checked to see if there are any firmware updates for the mouse or the monitor?
