Happy belated 4th!
Hope you all actually got to see fireworks - our area had a drone show and it was…not fireworks, to say the least.

How was it? I see the fancy drones flying around making dragons and they say it’s better than fireworks but I feel like the Bîg explosions are what make the fireworks, must be weird having silence.
I have seen some really cool examples of drone shows so I have no doubt they can be amazing, and I totally understand the benefits environmentally + emotionally for people who the constant bangs of fireworks are not fun for. This particular drone show of ours was just very simple, so I think it wasn’t as awe-inspiring as a fireworks show would’ve been. But it’s only the first year they’ve done it so I bet it’ll be even better next year.
Ya my dog would appreciate a drone show instead
