The main differences between our original pads and these pads are:

  • water resistance

If you would take the GMP 2s and compare them to an Artisan mouse pad (kind of the standard / benchmark), what would these perform closest to with their mouse pads? Or say a LGG Saturn, Neptune or Jupiter mouse pad?

I’m currently go between a LLG Saturn and Artisan Hien mouse pad for my gaming.

Hey there!

While I can’t provide a specific comparison to the pads you mentioned, I can offer some general insights about the GMP2.

Compared to the original Glorious cloth pad, the GMP2 offers a smoother surface and a quicker glide. While it may not have the same level of stopping power as the original, it still provides sufficient control.

In terms of speed, the GMP2 is closer to a Razer Gigantus than an Artisan Zero. It’s definitely a faster pad, but it still offers a good balance of speed and control.

So, while the GMP2 is a faster pad than the original, it’s not an ‘ultra-fast’ pad. It’s more of a balanced pad that offers a good compromise between speed and control.
