I have tried everything i can think of, new cord different port uninstalling drivers my pro REFUSES to pick up on my desktop but i can plug into my laptop and it work instantly.
i need ideas and options

quick update switched to a different software via QMK lights returned but no input still

support informed me to reach to a computer technician…in other words im on my own
