New customer here, just spent 250$ on a barebones GMMK Pro 3 full size, just to realise the software can’t even change the lighting correctly ?
I click “Save” and nothing happens. I am running the software as administrator.
Same for my (absolutely) needed macros, can’t set one for the life of me.
Am I going to have to return it or is there anything I can do?
Hey @buzzz_88, welcome to the guild! Sorry your having issues with your new keyboard, I haven’t had any problems with either of my gmmk 3’s so I can’t offer any advice but if you reach out to support they should be able to help you out with that, they are amazing.

Yeah bro they promised me a fix by the end of october but it never arrived. They are just lying their asses of to keep sales up and hide the fact that their keyboards suck
