Hello guys, i just bought that keyboard, plug it in on windows 10 volume knob was voluming up and down when rotate and muting on push.A few hours later mysteriously volume control stop working on rotate , only mute on click is working at the moment.
I try to restart pc , restart keyboard(plug out / in usb) or factory reset keyboard with Fn Esc F1 F3 F5 etc… and still not controlling volume ?
Any tips ?

If the support team is able to help you identify the problem, I would be very interested in knowing what the issue was and how they fixed it.
I already sent email but i guess they will answer after few days 
Anyway is there any clue how to understand if numlock or scroll lock is turned on. I saw caps lock make side of the key9board blinking but for the num lock and scroll lock there is no idea 
I just solved the problem by myself with little help from Glorious Support.
So to fix the volume control rotation knob it needs to close Glorious Core software and then reset keyboard with Fn + Esc and F1+F3+F5 after it blinks rotation knob will works fine, But if you start again GLorious Core volume control by the Rotation Knob will stop again until you 1) Close the Glorious Core software and 2) Reset Keyboard!
