My model or wireless mouse flashes red 3 times and doesn’t work,
I already reinstalled firmware, updated software, sometimes it works fine for 1 minute and then returns to the same error, the battery shows 1% and out of nowhere 100%, the mouse does not turn on, it only moves the cursors but the clicks do not respond
Hello @kayser11. Sorry to hear that’s happening. I will say the fastest way to get this resolved would be to contact Glorious Support. Any advice here on the forum would be a shot in the dark. And my shot in the dark is that the battery is dead. But I would recommend reaching out to support. I don’t believe I’ve heard of much better customer service than that supplied by glorious. Keep us posted. Hope it gets resolved quickly!
