It’s charging, yet not working. Using carst browser on my PC, I downloaded Glorious Core in hopes to fix it, however even if I try to reconnect the mouse to different usb drives, the core program does not recognize the mouse. Already done holding the two mouse flippers and scroll wheel to reset it and no luck. My question is is there any way I can fix it or to talk with staff for help exchanging it with a working Model O?
