Glorious Model O not connecting.

I’m not sure what to do here as I’m very new to this place, but I ordered a Glorious Model O mouse from Amazon Yesterday, and it arrived today, so after hours of work I return home to try out my new mouse after my old mouse was having connectivity issues. And once I returned home I was happy to have a new mouse awaiting me, but once I plugged it into my PC for the first time, the RGB turned on and then immediately turned off, and my PC has been telling me that it cannot recognise the Adapter that was plugged into the USB Port as it ‘Malfunctioned’. And I’m really unsure how to resolve this issue or what to do.

I would suggest contacting Glorious Support directly to troubleshoot.
