Glorious model O 2 issues

Hello I notice high latency in wireless mode and in usb mode the mouse keeps dropping out while gaming while plugged in via usb. Also always fails updates. Is there a fix for this or is my mouse faulty?

Welcome to the forum @SDraven! Sorry to hear about your issues. The best and fastest way to resolve your issue would be to contact Glorious Support. Any advice you get on the forum will just be a shot in the dark. The only thing I would attempt is trying some different USB ports. The ones you are using could be introducing some issue.
