Hello! I just bought this mouse and i cant install the firmware update on it. It gets stuck at 0% and after a while just comes up with instalation failed. It runs trough the first load and then when it begins installing it just does not want to go anywhere. Mouse is working great and very happy with product but my ocd is killing me when i go into the software and it tells me there is an update that i just cant update. I am ready to give more information if needed. If anyone has fix im glad to listen.
