So as with any issues regarding a product, I always recommend reaching out to official support for troubleshooting. You can reach Glorious Support here!
In the meantime, you can try doublechecking the profile in CORE and make sure the buttons are actually bound to something. I’ve seen a lot of issues with CORE dropping key bindings recently.
Make sure you don’t have a firmware update or try reinstalling the firmware.
You can also try forcing a reset on the mouse. Hold down the left-click, right-click, and scroll-wheel (middle) buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds.
You’ll see the LED (usually under the DPI button) flash, confirming it’s been reset.
