Breath of the Wild is one of the few games in recent memory that is able to channel my childhood sense of wonder when playing. I found myself on the side of a mountain with some snow gear having NO IDEA if I was close to where I should be going, and I didn’t care.
Very rarely does a game fill me with wonder and joy like this kind of game. I am elated to see the next one coming down the road.
