so i have issue everytime i do update firmware for model d says unknown error while updating please check that the usb cable and wireless receiver associated with your device i need solution please
HI @l6hh welcome to the forum. First, I would recommend making sure that the wireless USB dongle is directly connected to your pc. Secondly, make sure that the mouse is connected separately though the USB-C cable that came with it. If this does not help I would recommend reading through other tips on the forum and/or contacting support here.
