Most mouse and keyboard apps are browser-based these days. There are good reasons for this. Most input and output devices require software for their settings. Many people then have numerous different apps running in the background, consuming system resources. This isn’t the case with browser-based apps. The core app is currently being completely rewritten from scratch, so now is a great time to release it as a browser-based app.
