Hi @Zero19696, welcome to the forum and sorry to hear you are having issues with your GMMK 3!
So I would suggest reaching out to Glorious Support for help troubleshooting the issue. They are way better at solving these issues than we are here on the forum.
I do have one suggestion though. If I remember right 8k polling requires a USB 3.0 port. So you might want to doublecheck to see if you are currently plugged into one.
