Please can someone assist me, I updated Core 2 and now my GMMK3 HE is only detecting at 1000hz max
It was working perfectly fine before the update at 8000hz on release 2.1.6 initially then updated to 2.1.9 and now even if I go back to 2.1.6 it still only shows 1000hz
Hi @Zero19696, welcome to the forum and sorry to hear you are having issues with your GMMK 3!
So I would suggest reaching out to Glorious Support for help troubleshooting the issue. They are way better at solving these issues than we are here on the forum.
I do have one suggestion though. If I remember right 8k polling requires a USB 3.0 port. So you might want to doublecheck to see if you are currently plugged into one.
