The CORE 2.1.7 update is now live! This release marks another major milestone as we’ve rebuilt the software from the ground up to improve performance, stability, and overall device support. If you run into any issues after updating, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Support team so they can document the issue and help provide troubleshooting steps.
Due to these foundational changes, this update requires a one-time manual download and installation from our website. This is not a typical update—it’s essential to complete this step to continue using CORE without interruption.
Looking ahead, our goal is to deliver all future updates directly through the app, making it easier and faster for you to stay up to date.
Please be aware that this update will overwrite your current profiles. However, starting with CORE 2.1.8, all user profiles and settings will be preserved automatically in future updates.
