Whenever I charge my Glorious Model D wireless and unplug the charger to plug its cable back in the dongle, it just won’t work no matter what I do. Lightnings turn on, but mouse doesn’t function at all. I’ve tried closing and opening the mouse from slider underneath but no use. Any help?
That seems odd to me. For my wireless model O it doesn’t have that issue. Have you tried updating the firmware?
Otherwise I would reach out to support to see if they can assist. Keep us posted. Sorry this is happening.
