My model D wired mouse when plugged in to the computer, the led, the DPI light are on, but it can’t be used. When connecting to the app, it also does not receive “Device is disconected”. How do I do now?
Do you have it plugged directly into the port on the Motherboard or is it plugged into a separate port like on the front of your PC?
